Mediation of doctors

Considering the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health, we are currently working in our own recruiting network and with partners from all over the world.The doctors are usually prepared in their home country for the examination for the language certificate C1 in Germany. The vast majority of our physicians have several years of practical experience. In addition to partly political and economic reasons, many applicants come because of the good professional training opportunities, the often better equipment of our houses both with consumables and equipment and the professional perspective. Our health care system still has some deficits, but is definitely in the upper third in international comparison. This also makes Germany attractive for foreign physicians and ensures that many stay in Germany in the long term.

From all over the world

Placement of nurses

Taking into account the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health, we are currently working with partners from all over the world in our own recruiting network.
The nurses have been or are being trained in their nursing profession in their countries of origin (usually Bachelor's degree). They already learn the German language in their country of origin, at least up to language level B2.3 nursing and passed language certificate German B1. Many of our applicants have between 3 and 8 years of professional experience and are looking forward to being able to contribute them after their training period. Of course, this also includes our midwives, MTRAs, OTAs and related medical professionals.

Pilotprojekt 2Steps2Care

Exclusive cooperation with Vietnamese government for new nursing students for Germany

Since October 2020, our pilot project, together with the Vietnamese government, the State Examination Office and the North Rhine-Westphalian government, has given young Vietnamese high school graduates the unique opportunity to train as fully recognized nurses in record time. Within only 15 months, our candidates can take the German curriculum for nursing assistants and the B2 language diploma in Vietnam. After that, the examination to become a nurse in Germany is taken in a shortened training period of only 2 years. Accompanying their attendance at a nursing school in Germany, all candidates receive a B2 refresher course. Upon obtaining the degree, all candidates are immediately recognized as nurses and can be deployed accordingly without going through a lengthy recognition process. The Vietnamese practical instructors complete corresponding workshops for the German curriculum in Germany before their assignment. Due to the promising first project, further training facilities in Vietnam are now being added more and more. For this reason, another pilot project was launched in April 2021. Hoffmann is again the exclusive partner and provider of these students for Germany. If successful, HIRE would like to offer this possibility to all customers.
